The cumulative solar proton contribution to the radiation in the atmosphere can be evaluated using the solar proton fluence spectrum as inputs to MAIRE. The three widely known models for solar protons, KING, JPL and EPS , are all available online from SPENVIS.
At the moment the user has to convert the SPENVIS solar proton spectrum into the format for user input spectrum in MAIRE.
